Scott White serves as the CEO at Critical Start. He joins Critical Start with over 25 years of experience in roles across Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Strategy, and Operations. Scott has a history of building hyper growth organizations, leading global expansion strategy, building new demand channels, and expanding partnerships in the cloud and technology ecosystem.​

Scott’s focus at Critical Start is to build a customer centric team that leads the MDR industry in customer satisfaction and in turn strong revenue growth and retention. His customer first approach will ensure that every product we deliver, every alert we respond to, and every potential breach we mitigate will be with the customers experience and outcome front and center. Scott is a dedicated servant leader that believes in building a workplace that provides everyone the opportunity to be a valued member of a winning team on an inspiring mission.​

Most recently he was COO / CRO at DoiT, a global cloud SaaS and Advisory Services company. Scott’s experience leading GTM organizations at technology and cloud companies was instrumental to DoiT’s revenue growth and success. Under his leadership, the sales organization grew from less than 30 employees to over 250, and bookings have grown over 750%. He has also implemented key customer success functions to exceed customer expectations and ensure DoiT drives exceptional customer outcomes.​

Prior to joining Critical Start, Scott held leadership roles at DoiT, Chargify, Mailgun and Rackspace.​
